About
Educator. Entrepreneur. Coach. Speaker.
I help founders and future founders do the one thing nobody teaches: see themselves clearly.
Most people who come to me are stuck — not because they lack strategy or skills, but because they are performing someone else's version of success. When they stop and look inward, the answers they were searching for were already there. I call this the real work. It is the method behind everything I do.
India has always been a land of creators, problem-solvers, and entrepreneurs. Yet our education system remains designed for predictability rather than adaptability. Success today is not about what you know — it is about how you think, solve, and build.
What I do
Let's Enterprise — I am the co-founder and CEO of Let's Enterprise, India's first Working BBA. Our programs focus on learning by doing — immersing students in real business challenges, industry collaborations, and entrepreneurial thinking. We believe learning should be playful, hands-on, and deeply personal.
Coaching and facilitation — I work with founders, leadership teams, and organisations including Stahl Cookware, Secure Meters, Connecting, Healyos, The Pride Group, and The Kalyani School on entrepreneurial mindset, culture, and leadership.
Speaking — Two TEDx talks delivered. Regular speaker at institutions, corporates, and forums on education, entrepreneurial mindset, and building a body of work. See talks.
Family Business — Host and co-convenor of the Family Business Leadership Summit and Family Business Series for MCCIA, Pune.
ADIPA — Co-founder of the world's first concept of instant ceramic nameplates (adipa.com). Built a network of 45+ shop-in-shop retail stores across India.
