I work with a small number of founders in a long-term advisory relationship.
The work is not strategy consulting. It is something closer to a mirror. I help founders see their real ambition, find where they are performing versus where they are being real, and build from that clarity.
Most people I work with have been told they need a better framework, a cleaner strategy, or a sharper pitch. That is rarely the actual problem. The actual problem is almost always alignment: between who they are and what they are building.
